✅ Return Eligibility

• You must contact us within 5 hours of receiving your order.

• Valid reasons for return include:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item received

  • Incorrect size (if different from what was ordered)

We do not accept returns for change of mind or items without any valid issue.

📦 Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Tags and labels must remain intact.

💰 Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 5 hours of delivery

• Sale/clearance items

• Accessories or innerwear

• Used, damaged, or washed items

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us (wrong/damaged item).
